Return Policy

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.  We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
  • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item(s) back however you prefer.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of when your package was received.  
  • Original Invoice must be included in your return package.  If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags, including any Alicia DiMichele Boutique Tags, attached.
  • Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.  Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  • All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE.
  • All footwear must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Giftcard with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • ANY returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

    International Returns

    You must return your items to the address below within 21 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

      Store Credit

      • Store Credit can only be used online on our website or in store.
      • Store Credit will be issues in the form of a digital gift card and emailed to you.
      • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
      • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
      • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
      • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
      • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
      • Store credit never expires.
      • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
