Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of when your package was received for STORE CREDIT only.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags, including any Alicia DiMichele Boutique Tags, attached.
  • All merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All returns must go through RMA 
  • Items returned to us without an RA# on the front of the shipping package will be shipped back to you. 

U.S. Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Merchandise can only be returned for STORE CREDIT.
  2. To begin your Return, click here and enter your order number and email address to find your order.
  3. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button
  4. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  5. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  7. Drop off at your nearest UPS location.

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website or in store.
  • Store Credit will be issues in the form of a digital gift card and emailed to you.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
